Variables used to identify mobility impact zones are part of a series of metrics used by OKI to ensure Title VI compliance. There are 3 variables (% Persons with Disability, % Elderly, % Zero-Car households). Each variable is mapped to the OKI region at the census tract level. More information can be found here.
